Funny swim diapers!

After a long week spent recovering from her vaccines, Elizabeth was ready to take her first trip to the pool. The doctor gave us the okay and just told us to lather her up with sunscreen, which we did. We only spent about 10 minutes in the water and then brought her back home and gave her a bath. After that she ate and took a long nap...I think the excitement (or perhaps confusion!) of the whole process wore her out. Bless her heart!

Rice Cereal

4 Month Check-Up

Elizabeth had her 4 month check-up today. Her ears are great, and we can start feeding her rice cereal...stay tuned for pictures! Also, here are her stats:

Height: 27 inches (off the charts, greater than 100th percentile)
Weight: 16 lbs, 12 oz (97th percentile)

She cried a lot after getting her shots, but is resting now...

19 weeks old (tomorrow...)

Elizabeth will be 19 weeks old tomorrow. Wow, time goes by so fast!! Tomorrow we'll take her for her 4 month check-up, which includes more vaccines. They'll also make sure her ear infection is gone...I certainly hope it is. She's been fussy again this weekend and not sleeping all that well...

Feeling Better!

Elizabeth is finally feeling better. She's sleeping better and is generally much happier! We're still giving her antibiotics and will continue that for a few more days.
